As a courtesy, our team will be glad to assist you with filing your dental insurance claims. However, it is important to understand that the charges you incur are ultimately your responsibility. Communication between you and your health plan is highly encouraged to ensure timely insurance processing and payment. If you have questions regarding your account, please contact our business office and they will be happy to help you.

Cancellation Policies
We strive to accomodate each patient's scheduling requests. As a courtesy to other patients, please keep all scheduled appointments. In order to allow proper scheduling we require at least 24 hours notice of any appointment changes. A cancellation fee will be incurred if less than 24 hours notice is given.
