Financial POLICY
We deliver the finest care at the most reasonable cost to our patients, therefore payment is due at the time service is rendered unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept most PPO dental insurance plans and will assist in filing for benefits. We do not participate with HMO policies or Medicare at this time.

Patient Financing:

Cash/Check
Dental and/or Health Insurance:
We will gladly file your dental insurance for services rendered at our office. Most insurance companies will respond within four to six weeks. While every effort is made to estimate your patient portion according to your insurance benefits, treatment plan estimates are not a guarantee of payment. In some cases, a pre-treatment estimate may be submitted on your behalf as a courtesy to get a more accurate estimated patient portion before services are rendered. **Please remember that you are fully responsible for any remaining balance not covered by your insurance company.
